Component Manager for BMS (m / f / x)

Development of Battery Management System Components

Responsibilities include supervising components up to the start of series production, tracking component status regarding target values, schedule, FMEA, and component validation. The role involves communication of project progress and results, close collaboration with the development department and customers, and managing system suppliers according to specifications. Additionally, creating decision templates and presenting project results internally and to customers.

Qualifications

• Degree or vocational training in mechanical engineering or similar, focusing on electric motors and drives
• At least 3 years of practical experience in the automotive industry
• Experience with Battery Management Systems (BMS)
• Knowledge of CATIA V5
• Fluent in English; German is a plus
