Base pay range

Business Development Representative, German Speaking

A category leader in industrial software, our client provides essential support to more than 13,000 businesses from over 40 office locations worldwide. Positioned as a strategic AWS partner, they have experienced significant growth over the last 18 months and are now seeking bilingual candidates to join their sales teams in Karlsruhe.

The Role:

  • Identify and qualify potential leads for our cloud ERP solution.
  • Establish initial contact with prospects and nurture relationships.
  • Guide prospects through the sales process, creating qualified sales opportunities.
  • Collaborate with partners to effectively position our solution in the market.
  • Conduct outbound calls and utilize digital communication to engage prospects.
  • Develop and execute targeted sales strategies based on market analysis.
  • Maintain accurate data within the CRM system (e.g., Hubspot).
  • Support the team in various B2B marketing and sales initiatives.

The Package:

  • Competitive base salary of €40,000 with an OTE of €50,000.

The Requirements:

  • Fluency in both German and English is essential.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Experience with CRM systems (preferably Hubspot) is highly advantageous.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • A proactive, results-oriented attitude and resilience are essential.
  • A Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience is preferred.
