Your Tasks

• You will manage projects in the Defence sector and monitor the success of the project in terms of deadlines, quality, budget, turnover and contribution margin.
• You will be involved in quotations and bidding issues.
• You will coordinate the specialist departments involved internally, work with external service providers and co-operation partners and act as the interface to the customer.
• You will organise internal and external project meetings.
• You create project documentation (minutes, status reports, presentations for project reviews, etc.).

Your Qualifications

• Completed engineering studies in the field of economics, mechanical engineering or comparable
• Experience in large and complex project teams, preferably in the defence sector
• Experience in the application of common project management processes/tools
• High degree of independent, cooperative, autonomous and structured working methods within interdisciplinary teams
• Strong system-orientated thinking and entrepreneurial approach
• Business fluent in written and spoken German and English
• Confident handling of MS Office, SAP, etc.
• Convincing demeanour, strong presentation skills and willingness to travel internationally
• Security clearance may be required
