Global Technology Marketing Manager Motor Control Solutions (f / m / d)

Renesas is looking for a pro-active and results-oriented Principal Global Technology Marketing Manager for Motor Control Solutions. This position is based in one of our offices in Germany, which could be in Düsseldorf, Munich, Dresden, or Nabern, with the opportunity for remote work within Germany.

Renesas is accelerating its roadmap for motor control solutions. As a Technology Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for defining solutions by consolidating market requirements through analysis of technology trends, customer needs, competitive landscape, and market environment.

This is a global role offering the opportunity to collaborate with multiple stakeholders across the company, providing high visibility and impact.

Your Role :

1. Research market technology trends from customer and application perspectives.
2. Identify market growth opportunities and competitive advantages.
3. Analyze application system architectures and propose roadmap optimizations for Renesas.
4. Define requirements and develop roadmaps for motor control software, firmware, and tools to ensure they are cutting-edge, feature-rich, and user-friendly.
5. Collaborate closely with global business development teams to consolidate technological and market requirements.
6. Lead Proof of Concepts and testbed activities with potential partners.
7. Develop product value propositions, propose roadmaps, and build business cases.

Qualifications

• Degree in Electrical/Electronic Engineering or equivalent; MBA preferred.
• Openness to exploring new technologies and markets to inform implementation strategies.
• Excellent relationship-building skills with internal and external stakeholders at technical and business levels.
• Proven experience in translating technical and market requirements into business cases.
• Semiconductor marketing experience is preferred.
• Strong customer focus and communication skills.
• Familiarity with motor control frameworks for semiconductors.
• Result-oriented, self-organized, motivated, with independent thinking.
