We are a headhunting company based in Hamburg with a very good order situation. We are urgently looking for support for our research department. The onboarding will be very thorough, and our working style is always very team-oriented.

Responsibilities

1. General internet research
2. Conducting market, industry, and salary analyses
3. Searching for potential candidates via various online channels (business & social networks, online job boards, search engines, etc.)
4. Identifying candidates within companies
5. Initial phone contact with interesting candidates + briefings (after a certain onboarding period)
6. Project documentation
7. Close collaboration and communication with consultants

Qualifications

1. An open-minded, interested, curious, communicative, and cheerful personality
2. Excellent communication skills / Enjoyment in talking on the phone
3. Interest in current economic and HR topics, good general knowledge
4. Affinity for sales/marketing
5. Ambition, perseverance, structured work approach
6. Very good handling of MS Office and internet
