YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

LEARNING

  • Support the Learning & Development Manager in the implementation of the learning strategy and organization of the different learning solutions (workshops, online trainings, e-learning paths, etc.).
  • Work with the team to shape the global learning strategy and contribute to the continuous improvement of global learning processes.
  • Support the implementation of key Learning & Development initiatives and core projects.
  • Collaborate in the organization of global meetings with our People & Culture partners.

DIGITAL LEARNING

  • Continuously increase employee satisfaction and engagement with the Learning Management System (LMS).
  • Responsible for overseeing and maintaining global training content in our LMS and supporting departments in the creation and delivery of global eLearning solutions via LMS.
  • Ensuring a comprehensive knowledge of the Learning Management System, e.g., comparing current availabilities and future opportunities to improve the system and providing guidance and advice to stakeholders.
  • Sharing the role of global administrator for LMS with the Learning & Development Manager and updating content on a global basis.
  • Continuously assess the existing offering and ensure that relevant learning opportunities are created and updated.

REPORTING ON ROI:

  • Produce reports on e-learning KPIs to measure effectiveness and collect data to measure ROI of learning initiatives.
  • Ensure global communication of training plans and events to relevant stakeholders.

YOU OFFER US

  • Completed commercial vocational training and relevant professional experience in the field of Learning and Development with a clear focus on LMS and content creation.
  • Knowledge of Learning Management Systems and content creation tools.
  • Ideally relevant professional experience in the area of personal learning topics in an international group.
  • Strong understanding of the internal environment (organization, culture, internal policy and governance, etc.).
  • Strong analytical skills and an independent, structured way of working.
  • Strong understanding of individual psychology, which is directly related to motivation, engagement and recognition.
  • Fluent in German and English, both written and spoken.
  • Very good MS Office skills, especially PowerPoint and Excel.
  • Positive energy, hands-on mentality and not afraid of challenges.
  • Discretion in dealing with confidential data.
  • Team spirit and enjoyment of working with people round off your profile.
