• Support in applicant management within the Student team
• Strategic development of concepts to enhance the student recruitment process
• Communication with students, applicants, and department representatives, both written and verbal
• Posting job ads on our career page, various recruiting channels, and external job portals
• Assistance with reporting tasks
• Preparation, participation, and follow-up of fairs and recruitment events

Qualifications

• Currently enrolled in a full-time university program (advanced level) in Business, Communications, Psychology, or similar fields; ideally with a focus on HR or Marketing
• Experience in employer branding, personal marketing, or marketing is a plus but not required
• Strong social skills, affinity for digital trends, networking awareness, and excellent communication skills in German and English (spoken and written)
• Independent, meticulous, goal-oriented work style, and trustworthiness with sensitive data
• Creative mindset, team-oriented attitude, friendly, and service-minded
• Interest in meeting and exchanging ideas with fellow students (e.g., via Student Lunch & Coffee Breaks)
• Flexibility to adapt working hours to your schedule
• Work at our Hamburg location near Binnenalster or partly remote
