Your tasks

• Automation in focus: With your scripting skills, you will master every challenge, whether you are developing software robots with Automation Anywhere or ensuring that everything runs smoothly for us with Outsystems, for example.
• Automation potential immediately catches your eye and in order to find the perfect implementation, you liaise closely with the process owners and ensure that everyone involved is in the know.
• You will then be involved in the entire life cycle of process automation, designing, developing, testing, managing the go-live and ensuring smooth processes during ongoing operations.
• And, of course, you work every day to improve our scripting standards, share your expertise with colleagues in training and coaching sessions and actively contribute to small, cross-functional teams so that you and we become even better every day.

Your profile

• Completed studies in (business) informatics, industrial engineering or a comparable qualification.
• Sound knowledge in the development of RPA scripts, ideally with Automation Anywhere or the use of Outsystems.
• Ideally experience in the banking environment and a good understanding of risks and processes in the IT application environment.
• Strong customer and service orientation as well as implementation skills.
• Structured way of thinking, problem-solving skills and ability to grasp complex issues quickly.
• Initiative, excellent communication skills and flexible in dealing with topics.
• Ability to think outside the box and develop sustainable solutions.
• Very good written and spoken German and English.
