The Intermediates Division develops, produces, and markets a comprehensive range of intermediate products, such as amines, diols, polyalcohols, acids, and specialties. These products are used as raw materials for fuels, pharmaceuticals, textiles, cleaning agents, and pesticides. Our innovative products contribute to improving the properties of end products and the efficiency of manufacturing processes.
WHAT YOU CAN EXPECT
As a Business Expert in Planning Excellence, you will contribute your expertise in translating business needs into highly automated processes, leveraging your knowledge of SAP and planning modules to support our Supply Chain Planning.
- You will act as a bridge between globally harmonized systems and processes and the specific requirements of the supply chain, business units, and local operations.
- You will participate in developing our business processes and systems to benefit our customers.
- Through digitalization, standardization, and complexity reduction, you will optimize SAP and non-SAP planning processes and systems.
- You will support daily operations, change requests, and strategic projects with your process understanding.
- You will manage international projects and promote process understanding within our user communities.
- You will ensure the effectiveness of our business processes through proactive change management and testing with your specialist community.
WHAT YOU OFFER
- A degree in computer science, business informatics, economics, business administration, or a comparable field.
- At least 3 years of professional experience with strong knowledge in project and supply chain management.
- Proficiency in consulting and customizing planning applications, preferably OMP and SAP, along with data analysis tools such as PowerBI.
- Knowledge of agile methodologies, both theoretical and practical.
- Experience in fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
- Business-fluent English and German skills.
- Strong communication, persuasive skills, and customer orientation, with the ability to explain complex technical issues simply.
