Job Description:

Your role in our team:

• You are developing the sales and demand plans of a product unit by collecting, updating, evaluating, and steering all relevant information and findings from the market environment.
• You analyze and challenge deviations between demand and capacity planning, identify bottlenecks, and restrictions.
• You serve as the primary contact to factories for creating feasible demand plans.
• You facilitate interdisciplinary exchange to understand demand drivers and communicate relevant information transparently to the market.
• Your work helps management identify gaps and take corrective actions.
• The results support supply chain operations to ensure timely manufacturing of the right products, enhancing stock availability while minimizing waste and inventory costs.
• You contribute to the enhancement of our planning software (SAP IBP).

Your profile:

• You hold a degree in business administration or a related MINT field.
• You have initial experience in order processing, logistics, or material procurement, preferably in an international technical environment.
• You demonstrate problem-solving skills with an analytical approach.
• You are quick to learn and adapt to new topics independently.
• You are proficient in German and English, both spoken and written.
