Are you excited about working in a fast-paced environment with a passionate team? Join us to revolutionize the travel and spend management industry! We’re looking for a Senior Solutions Consultant for the Benelux region to support our sales efforts.

As a Senior Solutions Consultant at Yokoy, you will support our Benelux sales team by qualifying customer inquiries, understanding their needs, and presenting tailored solutions to stakeholders in finance, HR, and IT. You will provide expert advice on configurations and needs, leveraging your expertise in accounting principles, financial processes, and systems. Your ability to quickly understand complex topics will make you a key link between sales, product management, marketing, and implementation teams.

What You’ll Do

  • Customer Consulting & Requirements Analysis: Engage with stakeholders in Finance, HR, and IT to understand their processes and challenges, define requirements, and build trust as a trusted advisor.
  • Solution Development & Presentation: Design innovative solutions aligned with customer needs, develop prototypes, and present them clearly.
  • Collaboration with Sales: Work closely with the sales team to develop persuasive concepts and communicate value effectively.
  • Industry & Product Expertise: Stay updated on industry trends and leverage your technical understanding to address customer needs.
  • Cross-Team Collaboration: Act as an interface between sales, product, marketing, and implementation teams, sharing insights for seamless transitions.
  • Internal Process Optimization: Contribute to internal projects, refining processes and creating standardized documents.

What You’ll Need

  • Proven experience in customer consulting for software solutions, ideally in solutions consulting or presales within the Benelux market.
  • Experience in accounting and/or payroll in mid-sized or large companies is a plus.
  • Strong understanding of accounting principles, financial processes, and relevant technologies.
  • Hands-on experience with ERP systems like SAP, Microsoft Dynamics, or Oracle is beneficial.
  • Knowledge of programming (low-code or full-stack) is a plus.
  • Customer-focused with the ability to understand and document client needs clearly.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills; fluency in English and Dutch; additional languages like German or French are a plus.
