Position Overview
Develop customer relationships and drive sales of bandwidth infrastructure solutions across various sectors, including enterprises, start-ups, gaming & media, cloud, big data, software, banking & healthcare, and communications services. Achieve sales and revenue growth by identifying, targeting, and acquiring new accounts. Meet monthly, quarterly, and annual sales goals set by leadership through proactive prospecting and selling. Success in an autonomous environment is key to this role.
Responsibilities
- Generate sales revenue by actively promoting the client’s products and services to targeted new logo/prospects.
- Present proposals and guide customers through the sales process.
- Build and sustain current business relationships, securing existing revenue with long-term commitments.
- Apply industry, customer, and service knowledge to meet revenue objectives.
- Identify, qualify, and initiate contact with potential customers.
- Track, analyze, and report sales performance in the client’s CRM tool and other reporting tools.
- Provide accurate and timely forecasts of sales opportunities.
- Maintain customer activity records for sales and forecast reporting.
- Deliver accurate, timely information to management.
- Coordinate closely with other departments to maintain customer satisfaction and achieve revenue goals.
- Collaborate as part of a team while operating independently with minimal supervision.
Qualifications
- Experience in B2B direct sales, ideally within the ICT industry.
- Demonstrated success and consistency in meeting sales goals.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Exceptional customer service and relationship-building abilities.
- Effective problem-solving and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint; experience with Salesforce is a plus.
