Job Description:

Electronic components are found in nearly all electrical and electronic devices. TDK is a leading manufacturer of these key products. For our TDK Electronics Process Innovation Center, we are looking for a Program Manager whose role is designed to manage all initiatives and services for TDK Electronics departments and locations.

• Develop and implement initiatives to enhance the technological infrastructure and processes, focusing on production technologies, robotics, and automation.
• Support feasibility studies and pilot projects to test new process solutions and coordinate industrialization.
• Create and monitor project plans, timelines, and budgets.
• Collaborate closely with all stakeholders, including internal teams, external partners, and factories.
• Possess an excellent understanding of operations and state-of-the-art manufacturing processes based on several years of work experience.
• Hold a Master's Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Physics, or a similar field.
• Demonstrate high-level project management skills with a proven ability to take initiative, structure, and prioritize work.
• Experience with Agile Management methods is preferred.
• Exhibit leadership skills and a willingness to lead.
• Ability to work closely with remote teams in a multi-country and multi-cultural environment.
• Fluent in English; German language skills are a strong plus.
• Covered by collective bargaining agreements.
