Overview

For our Business Services division, we are seeking a Sales Manager / Business Developer (w/m/d) to start at the earliest opportunity.

What to Expect

  • Growth: Collaborate with our teams to translate client needs into effective sales initiatives, acting as the face to the customer and building a robust pipeline through market and customer analysis.
  • Agility: Drive sales activities forward operationally, continuously developing strategies in cooperation with account teams, marketing, and specialists to ensure a holistic customer experience.
  • Expertise: Make a strong first impression with clients, clarify their needs in initial discussions, and support ongoing development of the sales process from first contact to closing.
  • Innovation: Contribute to the continuous improvement of our sales processes through new innovations, process optimizations, and digitalization.

Qualifications

  • Degree in Economics or a comparable field.
  • 3-4 years of experience in operational B2B sales, preferably in Professional Services, with good knowledge of CRM tools like Salesforce.
  • Additional skills in client management, account management, marketing, and leadership are advantageous.
  • Excellent German and English skills, both spoken and written.
  • Customer orientation, hunter mentality, business acumen, and sales affinity. Tech-savviness to drive innovations, with a focus on supporting our departments' sales initiatives.
