We are seeking a B2B Sales Account Manager (f/m/d) for Poland based in our Berlin office to join our ambitious B2B Sales team.

Responsibilities

  1. Proactively engage with customers through targeted campaigns and establish Lampenwelt as a key supplier in Europe.
  2. Qualify and handle all incoming customer inquiries.
  3. Negotiate and close projects in collaboration with our lighting design experts.
  4. Create innovative concepts for customer engagement, working with the B2B marketing team.
  5. Drive business development within your area.
  6. Prepare offers and process orders.

Qualifications

Key qualifications include:

  • Native Polish speaker with fluent English skills.
  • German language skills are advantageous but not required.
  • Professional, positive attitude with excellent communication skills.
  • Ideally 2-3 years of sales experience, either via phone or in person.
  • Resilience, self-responsibility, initiative, and commitment.
  • Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel and Outlook; Salesforce knowledge is a plus.
