With around 3,000 employees, the city of Pforzheim is one of the largest employers in the region. The Office for Digitalization and IT (DigIT) in the Mayor's Department is responsible for key tasks to position the city administration as a digital, innovative and modern service provider for citizens.
The "Administrative Transformation" department manages a portfolio of digital applications that are provided centrally for the entire city administration. It also plans and implements projects to introduce these applications in the specialist departments.

Project Manager E-File (W/M/D)

THE AREA OF RESPONSIBILITY
- Introduction of the e-file based on the enaio document management system at the City of Pforzheim
- Independent management of implementation projects in and with the individual departments, including workshops and working groups
- Conception and management of sub-projects within the scope of the e-file for the entire administration (e.g. replacement scanning, electronic signatures, introducing new modules, conceptualizing and establishing support processes, change management, communication)
- Survey, optimization and digitalization of processes
- Advising enaio users on application issues
- Designing training courses and developing new knowledge transfer formats
- Continuous further development of the implementation and operational strategy
THEY HAVE
- a degree in economics, social sciences, business informatics, business psychology or as a Diplom-Verwaltungswirt (FH) or Bachelor of Arts - Digital Administration Management or Public Management or a comparable degree with relevant professional experience
- An analytical way of working and thinking, negotiating skills, decision-making ability and commitment
- Experience in the areas of responsibility is an advantage
- A solution- and service-oriented approach, whereby your working style is characterized by team spirit
- Enthusiasm for the digital transformation of the public sector
- Experience in agile project and process management and in conducting workshops
