As Director, you will develop strategies for our innovative pipeline products, ensuring they meet the needs of German healthcare payers and are successfully reimbursed. You will spend about 20% of your time engaging with external experts across various medical fields to gather insights for early development phases.
You will create mappings of relevant investigators, develop engagement plans, define reimbursement and study requirements from Phase I–II, and contribute to Phase III protocols aligned with G-BA guidelines. You will also oversee all Medical Affairs activities in early and late pipeline stages, working closely with our MSL team to analyze data gaps, influence study designs, and support patient recruitment.
Alongside the regional Medical Affairs team in Haarlem, you will ensure our products are well-prepared for the German market, adhering to compliance and Teva's code of conduct.
