Then join our Tender & Project Management team in AC Onshore LEAN as a Commercial Manager. The advertised position is to be filled at our Berlin location.

Manage tenders and execute projects

In your role as Commercial & Tender Manager you are responsible for preparing offers and executing high-voltage cable projects worldwide.

This includes:

  • Commercial review of customer inquiries
  • Independent preparation of the offer, including cost calculation, set up of pricing strategy & offer conditions as well as obtaining/creating the required documentation
  • Commercial review of orders, contractual clarifications

Independent commercial order processing, including:

  • Complete SAP processing
  • Continuous monitoring of time schedules/deadlines
  • Planning & execution of deliveries, handling of all import-/export transactions incl. creation of required documentation
  • Cost control (planned vs. actual)
  • Timely invoicing and follow-up
  • Close cooperation and support of the technical project manager, e.g. in the preparation/negotiation of contracts with subcontractors and the planning/organization of site activities


Experienced Commercial Manager with a collaborating workstyle

The ideal candidate demonstrates great communication and teamwork, a customer-first mindset, and a structured yet flexible approach to managing time and tasks.

You also have:

  • Completed a commercial education and more than 3 years of experience in a similar role
  • Fluent English skills (mandatory), good German skills and/or another language (advantageous)
  • Excellent knowledge of Word, Excel, SharePoint and MS Teams
  • Knowledge in SAP is beneficial
