About the Role

We are seeking a strategic COO to oversee daily operations across multiple regions, focusing on scalable, tech-enabled execution. As a key leader, you will manage core functions such as revenue operations, customer service, technology integration, and market expansion. Reporting directly to the founders, you will collaborate with other executives to lead operational and commercial teams, optimize performance, and drive operational excellence amid rapid growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the full operational stack, from guest experience to vendor management, emphasizing efficiency and profitability.
• Build and scale high-performing teams, fostering a culture of accountability and continuous improvement.
• Partner with product and tech teams to embed AI and automation, enhancing scalability and reducing manual work.
• Ensure a high-quality guest experience through SOPs, feedback, and real-time support systems.
• Manage budgets, costs, and vendor relationships aligning with financial goals.
• Develop operational frameworks for onboarding new properties and launching new markets to ensure smooth scaling.

About You

You're an experienced operations leader with a track record in scaling startups, especially in tech or complex environments. You excel at leading distributed teams, focusing on metrics and outcomes, and combining technology, processes, and people management.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in operations leadership, preferably in high-growth tech or operationally complex sectors.
• Proven success in scaling businesses from startup to maturity with hands-on system and process design.
• Strong analytical skills and data-driven decision-making.
• Experience in hospitality, travel tech, property management, or multi-location service sectors.
• Ability to lead large, distributed teams and external partners.
• Familiarity with PMS, OTA integrations, or automation tools is advantageous.
• Fluency in German and willingness to relocate to Berlin.
