We are seeking a Senior B2B Growth Manager to spearhead our brand awareness, lead generation, and thought leadership efforts in the e-mobility and tech sectors. If you're a strategic storyteller passionate about data-driven marketing, we'd love to hear from you!

What You'll Do

  1. Strategy & Execution: Develop data-driven growth and go-to-market strategies to expand in Europe, increase brand awareness, and generate leads.
  2. Campaign Management: Plan and execute innovative product launches and brand campaigns.
  3. Content Strategy: Create whitepapers, case studies, and blogs to enhance our thought leadership.
  4. Data Analysis: Track key metrics, analyze performance, and translate insights into strategies.
  5. Optimization: Refine growth initiatives based on industry trends and customer needs.
  6. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work with sales, product, and leadership teams for alignment.
  7. Thought Leadership & Partnerships: Drive brand positioning through events, partnerships, and speaking engagements.

Your Profile

  • Experience: 5+ years in B2B marketing, preferably in EV charging, e-mobility, or related fields.
  • Strategy & Brand: Proven success in data-driven lead generation and market expansion strategies.
  • Content Development: Strong storytelling skills to translate complex topics into engaging campaigns.
  • Marketing & Analytics: Experience with digital marketing tools and performance optimization.
  • Project Management: Effective collaboration across teams and stakeholders.
  • Passion for Sustainability: Deep interest in e-mobility and energy transition.
  • Languages: Fluent in English; German and other European languages are a plus.
