Your Role: As a Data Scientist in Internal Audit, you will analyze data from our core businesses, Fresenius Kabi and Helios, to support strategic decisions, identify risks, uncover trends, and influence audit projects in a high-impact environment.

Your Responsibilities:

1. Design and deliver dashboards and visualizations to communicate complex data insights clearly.
2. Extract and analyze data from sources like SAP to identify optimization opportunities and control issues.
3. Translate audit objectives into analytical procedures to produce meaningful, evidence-based results.
4. Support digitalization of audit methods by embedding analytics and AI into daily workflows.
5. Utilize programming skills in Python to automate data processes.

What You Bring:

• A degree in data science, analytics, statistics, economics, computer science, or related fields.
• Strong Python programming skills (pandas, NumPy, matplotlib, seaborn).
• Knowledge of SAP data structures and ability to work with SAP tables.
• Proficiency in Power BI, including DAX and data modeling.
• Analytical thinking, problem-solving, and clear communication skills.
• Experience with data tools like Power BI, Excel, SQL, Python, or Celonis.
• Fluency in English; German is a plus.
