You collaborate closely with our local Legal Entities globally across our regions in EMEA, AMERICA, and APAC
Develop spend analysis and category strategies (local, regional, global) for various indirect spend categories such as logistics, transportation, warehousing, equipment, packaging and others
Develop and implement sourcing strategies in close collaboration and coordination with local legal entities with a focus on quality, cost and service as part of your responsibilities
Identifying potential savings with the local legal entities and supporting our entities in carrying out procurement initiatives and implementing the results
Supporting the legal entities in the negotiation of contracts that offer added value are part of your responsibilities
Support our entities in building and maintaining effective supplier relationships to ensure alignment with business objectives and performance standards
Implement supplier performance metrics and support the entities in reviewing suppliers to ensure contract compliance and continuous improvement
Conducting market research and benchmarking cost and performance metrics internally and against external benchmarks as part of your responsibilities
You are the process owner for the Procure-to-Pay process, driving digitalization, automation and efficiency improvement Translating business requirements into solution requirements, reviewing solutions with the IT department and prioritizing improvements with business stakeholders
Educate internal stakeholders on procurement processes, policies and best practices and organize and develop training on procurement
Who we are looking forward to
You have a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Operations or a related field
You have 4-8 years of experience in procurement, with a strong focus on indirect spend
Experience in logistics service (transport / warehouse) procurement is a strong plus
Proven track record in strategic sourcing, contract negotiation and supplier relationship management
Experience delivering training in a multinational context is desirable
Strong analytical and financial acumen with the ability to perform complex analysis and translate data into actionable insights
Process management skills with a focus on procure-to-pay best practices
Project management experience to lead and manage projects from start to finish is an advantage
You are available for travel
Excellent communication, negotiation and stakeholder management skills
