Your contribution within the team

• Service Development: Design and implement new backend services using modern programming approaches and best practices
• Code Quality: Ensure high code quality through standardized coding practices, peer reviews, and unit testing
• Collaboration: Work closely with product managers, designers, and engineers to deliver robust technical solutions
• Modernization: Rebuild and optimize existing concepts using well-known programming patterns and maintainable business logic
• Process Improvement: Analyze and enhance workflows to improve efficiency, scalability, and automation

What You’ll Bring to the Team

• Backend Development: 3+ years of professional experience in backend-focused full-stack development, including infrastructure
• Microservices Expertise: 2+ years of experience contributing to microservice architectures, focusing on reliability, scalability, and stateless applications
• API Design: 2+ years of experience designing REST APIs following OpenAPI specifications
• Technical Proficiency: Strong experience in Golang and Gin-Gonic, with additional knowledge of JVM languages (Kotlin/Java), JavaScript/TypeScript, and frameworks like Ktor, Spring, and Node.js as a plus
• Prototyping: Ability to design proof of concepts and prototypes
• Best Practices: Familiarity with standardized coding practices, peer code reviews, unit testing, and agile development methodologies
• Technology Enthusiasm: Open-minded and eager to explore state-of-the-art technologies and methodologies
• Communication: Ability to communicate openly and clearly with the Product & Engineering team and other stakeholders
• Teamwork: Foster positive relationships within the team and contribute to a collaborative and respectful work environment
