Job Summary

As a GS Site Supervisor, you will oversee all activities at a project site related to industrial maintenance, managing teams ranging from 25 to 350 workers, ensuring mission success and compliance with policies and industry standards.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Implement all activities related to industrial maintenance projects on-site.
• Supervise maintenance mechanics, trades, and service professionals.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and industry standards.
• Collaborate with HR to address employee issues.
• Work with HSE professionals to resolve and prevent safety and environmental issues.
• Manage budgets and financial reports.
• Maintain the site professionally and coordinate with other departments.
• Keep management informed of issues and concerns.
• Enforce Zero Harm and Courage to Care philosophies.
• Communicate effectively and compile reports.
• Coordinate with USG and LOGCAP representatives.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Basic Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent with at least 3 years of supervisory or management experience.
• Minimum 5 years of overseas contracting or related experience.
• Bachelor’s Degree, Technical Degree, or Trades Certification (HVAC, Electric, Power Generation).
• Fluent in English with excellent communication skills.
• Understanding of contract requirements and management.
• Knowledge of TDB Med 530, 577, Mil-Standards 3006C.
• Experience in custodial services, construction, and overseeing subcontractors.
• Experience working with HR and HSE professionals.
• Knowledge of budget management and report writing.
• Familiarity with TDP, SOW, and DSVL.
• Valid passport with at least 12 months validity and 6 blank pages.
