WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR?

  • 2+ (4+ for senior) years of experience in analytics tools, technologies, or processes
  • Exceptional collaboration and communication skills; experienced in working with stakeholders
  • Ability to operate clearly in an ambiguous environment; ability to influence
  • Knowledge of Qualtrics, Medallia, or other tools for building online surveys
  • English (business communication proficiency)

HOW WILL YOU MAKE HISTORY WITH US?

Purpose of the job:

The role involves ensuring successful delivery of projects, programs, and change implementations within the organization, supporting change management, and collaborating with stakeholders to develop deployment plans. The job requires problem-solving skills and knowledge of digital transformation processes related to CX, as well as experience with web technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript).

Principal Accountabilities:

  • Create surveys directly on the SaaS platform Qualtrics
  • Develop integration of results into the system landscape of our customers
  • Configure solutions, including survey programming, building dashboards, and platform integrations
  • Assess impact of changes, identify risks, and develop mitigation strategies
  • Build relationships with key stakeholders to support change initiatives and communicate benefits
  • Develop and deliver training for new processes, systems, and tools
  • Support and advise customers on customer experience solutions
  • Maintain deployment documentation including plans and procedures
