Requirements:

• 2+ years of ServiceNow Development experience
• Certified Application Developer (CAD) certificate
• Understanding of ITIL processes
• Proficient German skills (C1 level) and advanced English skills
• Ability to perform advanced troubleshooting and optimization of ServiceNow platforms
• SPM module experience is desirable
• Strong communication skills, both internally and externally
