Responsibilities:

• Providing competent advice to customers and selling bus spare parts
• Optimizing, maintaining, and monitoring article and supplier data in the bus sector
• Supporting product management with various activities and research
• Finding spare parts via electronic media
• Processing orders fully, including tracking
• Preparing and following up on quotes
• Handling complaints
• Coordinating closely with the external sales team and relevant interfaces

Qualifications:

• Successfully completed vocational training, e.g., as NFZ or automotive mechatronics technician (m/w/d) or similar technical qualification
• Technical understanding, ideally with experience in the NFZ or bus environment
• Basic commercial knowledge
• Proficiency in MS Office and Windows applications
• High service orientation, communication skills, and team spirit
