Location: Monheim, Germany (40% on-site)

Duration: 12 months (with potential for internal transition after 6-9 months)

Workload: 100% (37.5 hours)

Job Description

We are seeking a highly experienced HR Business Partner (HRBP) to join our commercial market team in Germany. This role requires a strategic advisory focus for leadership and a strong background in HR business partnering.

Key Responsibilities

1. Provide strategic HR support and advisory services to leadership.
2. Manage and improve recruitment processes.
3. Ensure smooth transitions for new hires and departing employees, managing all related processes and documentation.
4. Concentrate efforts on the local German market, understanding and addressing specific regional needs and challenges.
5. Partner with leadership to drive HR initiatives and support organizational goals.

Qualifications

1. Minimum of 5 years in HR.
2. Comprehensive knowledge of HR practices, recruitment, onboarding, and offboarding processes.
3. Language: German is a must, proficiency in English is desirable.
