Position: Kaufmännischer Mitarbeiter Kundenservice Frankreich (m/w/d) | Full-time | Part-time

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Serve as the contact person for our customers regarding all questions about our workwear, record their orders, and handle complaints via phone, fax, chat, or email.
• Receive training to become a product specialist, enabling you to advise our customers competently and quickly.
• Assist customers with their logo or personalization requests, ensuring a WOW effect in placement on our workwear.
• Work with your team to process orders that cannot be automatically handled by the system.
• Demonstrate your communication skills in interactions with our brand partners.

YOUR QUALIFICATIONS:

• Completed training in a commercial field.
• Ideally, experience in customer service.
• Excellent French and preferably English skills.
• Enthusiasm and convincing personality.
• Identify fully with the Strauss brand and represent it outwardly.
• Support the team with at least 30 hours or full-time.
