Are you seeking an exciting opportunity to grow within a dynamic and motivated team? Join HUGO BOSS as an Assistant to the SVP Global Wholesale (m/f/d) and become an integral part of our Global Wholesale department.

What you can expect:

• Correspondence at national and international level across the HUGO BOSS network and with external partners.
• Coordinate and follow up on diverse projects, ensuring seamless execution.
• Manage the SVP's calendar, travel arrangements, expense reports, supply orders, and handle ad-hoc requests efficiently.
• Handle sensitive and confidential information with the utmost professionalism.
• Screen telephone calls, manage mail entries, and administer departmental email accounts.
• Craft announcements, newsletters, and presentations that align with our brand standards.
• Gather and prepare information for meetings to ensure informed decision-making.
• Assist with investment applications and invoice re-booking, including IT and communication support.
• Support office setups and relocations within our headquarters.

Your profile:

• Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent professional experience.
• Minimum of 3 years as an Executive Assistant or in a similar role, with expertise in event and meeting planning.
• Proficient in creating high-quality PowerPoint presentations, both in terms of content and visual appeal.
• Strong affinity for product, fashion, and the wholesale business.
• Proactive self-manager with exceptional attention to detail.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both German and English.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and SAP.
• Team player with the ability to collaborate effectively across cross-functional teams.
