The mission

OneLife is a Luxembourg life insurance company specialised in cross-border financial planning solutions for wealthy clients across Europe and beyond. To support our growth, we are looking for the right candidate to join our passionate Product Solutions Team.

The purpose of the role of Product Officer is to support the Product Solutions Team in the design, creation, maintenance, and review of Insurance Product documentation, along with related activities to ensure compliance with Product Oversight policies and applicable regulations.

Main objectives of the role

• Assist in designing, preparing, maintaining, and reviewing Insurance Product documentation for various markets covered by OneLife.
• Handle administrative tasks of the team (formatting, layout, graphics, etc.).
• Manage daily requests such as Pricing Requests.
• Liaise effectively with other OneLife employees to ensure proper follow-up of tasks.
• Assist in ensuring that OneLife policies, procedures, and legal frameworks are followed when handling tasks and projects.
• Maintain cooperative relationships with other departments (Sales, Customer Services, etc.).
• Ensure the internal team folder is up to date.
• Support senior team members in daily or ad hoc tasks as required.
• Participate in projects, events, and promote the department actively.

Profile of our future teammate

• Professional background in the Financial or Insurance sector.
• Minimum of one or two years of professional experience.
• Willingness to learn about the Luxembourg Insurance sector with an international focus.
• Interest in understanding how an Insurance company operates, including all teams and departments.
• Keen on understanding the design, creation, and maintenance of Insurance products.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Excellent self-organization, time management, and prioritization skills, with the ability to work in a team.
• Previous experience in banking, fund management, or insurance sectors is an asset.
• Fluent in French and English; knowledge of additional languages is an asset.
