Your Tasks

1. You advise, support, and train our customers in the introduction of DevOps processes, tools, and methods in the cloud environment.
2. You support and advise on setting up and operating complex CI/CD pipelines in cloud environments.
3. You develop Infrastructure-as-Code (IaC) using automation tools such as Terraform, AWS CloudFormation, etc.
4. You share your expertise with colleagues, students, and in projects, and contribute to our blog, seminars, or conferences, depending on your strengths.

Your Profile

1. Practical experience as a DevOps Engineer in a professional environment.
2. Experience with building and operating complex CI/CD pipelines in cloud infrastructures.
3. Experience with container technologies and orchestration services (Docker/Kubernetes), preferably in cloud environments.
4. Experience with Infrastructure as Code (IaC).
5. Enthusiasm for cloud technologies and current trends.
6. Willingness for continuous learning.
7. Good university degree in computer science or comparable training (desirable).
8. Programming experience in languages like Python (advantageous).
9. Certifications from cloud providers (AWS, Azure, GCP) are advantageous.
10. Strong communication and presentation skills.
11. Proficiency in written and spoken German and good English skills.

• GitLab, GitHub, Azure DevOps, AWS CodeCommit/CodeDeploy, GCP Cloud Build, Jenkins, Nexus, Harbor
• Automation / Infrastructure as Code (Terraform, AWS CloudFormation, Ansible/Puppet)
• ITIL-based and agile operating processes

Typical Project Activities

• Setup and operation of CI/CD pipelines in cloud environments.
• Scripting and coding for automation and IaC development (e.g., with Terraform or Python).
• Consulting and supporting the introduction of DevOps processes, tools, and methods.
