Project Manager Business Partner (m/f/d) for Airbus

We offer exciting projects at our renowned customer Airbus Operations and are looking for a motivated employee for the position "Project Manager Business Partner (m/f/d)".

Responsibilities:

1. Support the setup phase of projects, including creating project charters (timeline, objectives, and goals).
2. Define requirements and assumptions with stakeholders, and establish work breakdown and organizational structures.
3. Create and monitor project schedules and coordinate related work streams.
4. Manage stakeholders to ensure alignment across functions and departments.
5. Ensure that stakeholder requirements are accurately translated into deliverables, understood, and tracked throughout the project.
6. Identify and manage risks and opportunities, implementing ideas that benefit the company.

Your profile:

1. Completed studies in engineering, aerospace, industrial engineering, Business Administration, or a comparable qualification.
2. Over three years of professional experience in project management.
3. Over one year of experience in manufacturing or production.
4. Proficiency in Google Workspace (especially Slides and Sheets).
5. Knowledge of Waterfall methodology or Airbus-LBIP (Lifecycle for Business Improvement Projects).
6. German and French language skills are advantageous.
