Your tasks with us

• Quotation and order management: You prepare offers, process orders, and keep track of everything.
• Customer communication: You are the first contact for our customers – via phone, email, or Teams call.
• Product consulting: You assist customers in selecting the right IT products and services.
• Interface between teams: You work closely with sales, technical, and purchasing teams.
• Data maintenance: You keep our CRM system up-to-date and ensure smooth documentation.
• Complaint management: If something doesn't go smoothly, you handle quick solutions.

What you bring

• Commercial training: e.g., wholesale and foreign trade, office management, or IT sales (NOT mandatory).
• IT affinity: Experience in the IT industry is a plus – enthusiasm for technology is a must!
• Communication skills: You can advise convincingly and enjoy customer contact.
• Organizational talent: Multitasking and structured work are natural to you.
• Team spirit: You enjoy working with others and actively contribute to the team.
• Experience with tools: MS Office is no problem for you; CRM and ERP knowledge is advantageous.
