Product Manager - Funds & Orders

Your Mission

As Product Manager – Funds & Orders, you will drive the end-to-end onboarding, optimization, and lifecycle management of Private Markets funds on our B2B2C investment platform. You will own and evolve critical infrastructure for fund operations and order flows - unlocking scalable, automated, and compliant processes that power seamless investing for advisors and their clients.

What You'll Do

• Own the private markets fund onboarding lifecycle from discovery and integration to launch and continuous optimization, ensuring alignment across custody banks, asset managers, compliance partners, and internal teams.
• Design and refine scalable operational workflows for fund data, order routing, document management, and compliance, identifying opportunities to automate and standardize wherever possible.
• Manage and continuously improve our fund infrastructure : collaborate with Design, Legal, and Engineering to configure fund pages via internal tools (e.g. Figma, CMS, fund database), ensuring accurate and compliant product representation.
• Lead order flow management : oversee order intake, review, and transmission to custody banks, optimizing for speed, accuracy, and user experience while maintaining regulatory integrity.
• Streamline compliance operations : act as a key interface between our platform users and compliance partners to ensure smooth and automated processes for user verification, suitability, and qualification.
• Drive data excellence : ensure fund data, including performance, NAVs, reports, and legal documents, remains up to date; build and maintain reporting pipelines and structured fund review processes.

What You Bring

• Native or fluent German speaker with strong English skills.
• Proven experience in product management or process optimization in fintech, investment platforms, or B2B / B2B2C environments.
• Solid understanding of financial services, with a strong interest in Private Markets and fund operations.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, especially in cross-functional and external partner settings.
• Highly detail-oriented and data-driven, with a proactive mindset towards automation and efficiency.

Your Background

• Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Business IT, Management, Economics, Finance, or a related field.
• 2–4 years of experience working in a fintech, B2B2C platform, or financial services product role.
