Your Responsibilities

• Consult clients on CRM functionalities and ensure successful Microsoft CRM implementations
• Conduct analysis and design workshops independently, evaluating client requirements
• Estimate effort for projects based on requirements and documentation
• Lead projects independently in medium and large client engagements
• Assist with presales activities
• Create change requests and customize Dynamics CRM as needed

Your Qualifications

• Professional experience in IT or consulting environments
• Knowledge of CRM software such as SAP CRM, Salesforce, Update CRM, Sugar CRM, with a preference for Microsoft Dynamics CRM
• Fluent in German and English
• Excellent communication skills
• Customer-oriented mindset
• Conflict resolution skills and problem-solving abilities
• Flexibility and willingness to travel
