We are seeking a Product Manager (f/m/x) to join our Tech - Logistics Team at AUTO1.com. This team is responsible for maintaining, enhancing, and improving our logistics platform and tools within our Technology Department. AUTO1.com is a rapidly growing brand and part of AUTO1 Group, Europe's leading digital automotive platform. We aim to revolutionize B2B automotive retail through streamlined processes and digital infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Collaborate closely with our cross-functional development, design teams, and internal stakeholders to develop software for our European-wide network of refurbishment centers, ensuring top quality vehicles for our AUTOHERO customers.
  2. Develop a deep understanding of our in-house refurbishment app, related business processes, and user needs to make impactful product decisions.
  3. Lead the full product development lifecycle—from ideation, requirement gathering, design, prioritization, sprint management, to adoption—working with internal software engineering resources.
  4. Drive the team's roadmap with data-driven decisions, balancing costs and measuring the impact of developed features.
  5. Bridge the gap between business and technical teams to deliver effective solutions with rapid iterations.
  6. Work effectively in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment, solving complex business challenges.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • At least 3 years of experience as a Product Manager working with internal tools in an Agile environment, not necessarily related to automotive or refurbishment.
  • Strong product management skills with experience leading agile teams—demonstrated through creative thinking, problem-solving, troubleshooting, team motivation, and conflict resolution.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to understand technical challenges, complex business processes, and products, and to communicate effectively with development teams, making informed trade-offs.
  • Proficiency in using data and metrics to support assumptions, develop hypotheses, design experiments, and interpret results.

Benefits & Culture:

  • Flexible work-from-home policy—up to 5 days per week.
  • Relocation support to Germany, including visa assistance, apartment search, and cost coverage.
  • Educational budget for personal growth.
  • Participation in team and company events like Hackathons, International Nights, Company Parties, Football, and more.
  • Work in a diverse environment with over 90 nationalities.
