Key Role:
Assist in reviewing, correcting, processing, and tracking requests for personnel security investigations. Receive, brief, and in-process personnel and requests the issue of collateral-access security badges. Assist in developing appropriate courses of action in determining collateral-access eligibility. Out-process personnel, ensuring Defense Information System for Security (DISS) accesses and relationships are removed. Assist in performing accountability audits of accesses granted with personnel security files. Maintain daily notifications from DISS, advising the Security Manager as appropriate. Assist in responding to DCSA Consolidated Adjudication Services (CAS) supplemental information requests, Office of Personnel Management (OPM) investigation responses, and other actions necessary pertaining to personnel security. Assist with periodic security checks of facilities and documentation. Assist and advise the component command staff regarding security matters. Advise the Security Manager on command security policies and procedures. Process and maintain company and government inspectable records and procedures for employees to obtain and maintain government security clearances or positions of trust. Apply advanced consulting skills or extensive technical expertise and full industry knowledge. Develop innovative solutions to complex problems. Work without considerable direction. Mentor and may supervise team members.

Basic Qualifications:
- Experience using the Microsoft Office suite of programs, including Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and SharePoint
- Experience in DISS
- Knowledge of standard security policies and procedures, including the National Industrial Security Program Operating Manual (NISPOM) and all versions and updates of the DoD Information Security Manual DoDM 5200
- Ability to work in Germany without sponsorship
- Secret clearance
- Bachelor’s degree and 5+ years of experience in a security role, or 10+ years of experience in a security role in lieu of a degree
Additional Qualifications:
- Experience with Marine Air-Ground Task Force (MAGTF) concepts
- Knowledge of Marine Corps Force Design 2030
Clearance:
Applicants selected will be subject to a security investigation and may need to meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information; Secret clearance is required.

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual’s particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $77,500.00 to $176,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen’s total compensation package for employees.
