Group/Division

With over 40 years of semiconductor process control experience, chipmakers around the globe rely on KLA to ensure that their fabs ramp next-generation devices to volume production quickly and cost-effectively. Enabling the movement towards advanced chip design, KLA's Global Products Group (GPG), which is responsible for creating all of KLA’s metrology and inspection products, is looking for the best and the brightest research scientists, software engineers, application development engineers, and senior product technology process engineers. The RAPID division is the world leading provider of reticle inspection solutions for the semiconductor industry. The company provides inspection solutions to both the mask shops and the semiconductor fabs to ensure that lithography yields are consistently high thus enabling cost-effective manufacturing.

Job Description/Preferred Qualifications

1. Kommunikation und Abstimmung der Produktanforderung mit den Kunden
2. Kommunikation der Kundenanforderungen in die Organisation
3. Unterstützung bei der Definition der Produktanwendungen
4. Schnittstelle zu lokalen Supportorganisationen weltweit sowie zum internen Verkaufsteam
5. Durchführung von Präsentationen intern und bei Kunden
6. Perspektivische Bereitschaft zur Übernahme von Mitarbeiterführung

Minimum Qualifications

1. Erfolgreich abgeschlossenes ingenieurwissenschaftliches Master-Studium, idealerweise mit Promotion
2. Mindestens 5 Jahre Berufserfahrung in der Halbleiterbranche, entweder in der Herstellung oder im Vertrieb/Entwicklung von Geräten für die Halbleiterfertigung
3. Ausgeprägtes Verständnis für verschiedene Applikationen und deren Wirkung auf die Produkte
4. Fähigkeit, kreative technische Lösungen zu konzipieren, zu dokumentieren und überzeugend zu präsentieren
5. Strategisches Denken und Handeln
6. Bewährte Führungskompetenzen und Kenntnisse im effektiven Beziehungsmanagement
7. Erfolgreich in der Konzeptentwicklung für eine Vielzahl an Projekten
8. Sehr gute Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift (verhandlungssicher)
9. Bereitschaft zur weltweiten Reisetätigkeit (ca. 25% bis 50%)
