Job Description:
FINN is an independent platform for car subscriptions from over 30 brands. Subscribe to a car with just a few clicks, and it will be delivered directly to your doorstep in a few days. FINN offers a carefree service, handling insurance, financing, registration, taxes, and maintenance. The company offsets the carbon footprint of every vehicle from production to every mile driven by funding certified climate protection projects. Founded in Munich in 2019, FINN's mission is to drive change for people, organizations, and the planet through frictionless mobility. Your Role You are responsible for the first third of our vehicles’ lifecycle - our infleeting processes. You ensure that cars purchased directly from OEMs are prepared quickly, reliably, and efficiently for our customers. You manage availability and lead times on our website, own relationships with our compound partners across Germany, and ensure smooth processes throughout the vehicle lifecycle. You lead, coach, and develop our infleeting team and drive the advancement of our infleeting setup (partners, processes, tech platform) to set a new industry benchmark. This role has a mission-critical impact on FINN’s business by enabling rapid growth, maximizing fleet utilization, and enhancing customer experience.
Your Benefits
- Massive growth potential in a highly motivating scale-up environment with ambitious challenges across cross-functional teams.
- Excellent fixed salary, significant virtual equity share, and a yearly personal development budget of €3,000.
- Based in Munich with flexibility to work from home up to 2 days per week.
- Access to attractive mobility options (discounts for FINN cars via JobAuto or JobRad).
- Support for mental health, a company pension plan, and subsidized gym memberships via Wellpass.
Your Responsibilities
- Enhance customer experience by ensuring quick and reliable vehicle availability, playing a key role in the e-commerce journey.
- Coordinate a network of partners (OEMs, compound operators, registration partners) to realize industry-leading infleeting processes in quality, efficiency, and scalability. Identify opportunities to expand and improve processes.
- Lead and develop a team of 10+ colleagues, fostering a high-performance environment.
- Own and optimize total cost of ownership (TCO), including cycle times and negotiations with partners.
- Define and execute a clear strategy in collaboration with stakeholders, leading the team towards set targets.
Your Profile
- 6+ years of experience in a fast-growing startup or high-performance environment such as top-tier strategy consulting.
- 2+ years of leadership experience in managing and developing teams.
- Master's degree in business administration, engineering, or related field.
- Proven experience in scaling operations processes.
- Ability to build and manage relationships with executive-level partners.
- Highly analytical with an automation-first mindset and passion for IT tools.
- Ambitious with a drive for continuous self and team improvement.
- Fluent in German (C2) and English (C1).
