Technical responsibility meets international implementation power
As Project Coordinator, you will be the central point of contact for the China project and take the lead for Jigs & Tools —from planning and supplier coordination to successful handover to production. You will ensure a smooth rollout of complex manufacturing solutions on site at our customer Airbus Operations GmbH in Hamburg. Apply now!

The gross annual salary is between € 82,500 and max. € 85,400, depending on qualifications. Please note that we can only consider candidates who have a valid, unrestricted work permit for the EU (no student visa).

Job description

Tasks

  • Technical project management for jigs and tools for a central station in the China project
  • Control and monitoring of supplier activities incl. planning, time tracking and acceptance
  • Advising suppliers on design, electronics and system integration as well as tracking and validating the production data set
  • Ensuring compliance with technical requirements and standards (e.g. CE) as part of the manufacturer acceptance process
  • Definition of maintenance, training and calibration devices incl. coordination with Airbus maintenance
  • Organization and supervision of on-site installation at the FAL, including functional testing of all components
  • Coordination of handover to production after successful completion of tool user test and final acceptance
  • Documentation and data management for the complete handover of technical documents

Requirements

  • Successfully completed studies in electrical engineering, mechanical engineering, aerospace or comparable technical studies
  • Several years of professional experience in the fields of electrics, electrical engineering / electronics, project management, aerospace, jigs & tools and supplier management
  • A good understanding of electrical circuit diagrams and parts lists is essential; knowledge of E-Plan is an advantage
  • Basic knowledge of risk management
  • Business fluent English (at least C1) and first knowledge of German
  • Willingness to travel is mandatory (several times a year to China and within the EU)
  • Valid, unrestricted work permit for the EU (no student visa) and CV in English required
