Your responsibilities include:

1. Strategic Growth: Develop and implement a growth strategy to position DPO-ONE globally as a privacy compliance leader.
2. Sales and Marketing: Oversee efforts to enter new markets, acquire customers, and strengthen existing relationships. Guide sales and marketing teams.
3. Product Development: Drive innovation and collaborate with the development team to enhance our SaaS solution for global needs.
4. International Leadership: Expand globally and establish partnerships across markets and sectors.
5. Financial Management: Maintain a strong financial foundation through budget management and achieving financial goals.

Qualifications:

• Experience leading companies through scale-up phases.
• Proven success in driving sales growth and developing profitable products.
• Entrepreneurial mindset with a willingness to innovate and take risks.
• Excellent English communication skills (Dutch and Portuguese are advantageous).
• Interest or experience in privacy legislation and compliance is a plus.
