As a Senior Account Manager, you will be part of the SALES SPECIALIZED TRADE CENTRAL team within our European organization. Your role will be to ensure continuous growth in the Austrian Craftsmen market, with a special focus on our customers in this area. You will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, managing your projects, and coordinating with internal and external interfaces to enable solid results for the organization. Your employer will be our Austrian branch in Vienna.

Your responsibilities:

  1. Manage national customers to increase sales and profitability in the area of Craftsmen Trade
  2. Define a mid-term strategic plan for national customers
  3. Develop a customer relationship and network
  4. Secure and develop the existing business by providing competent advice and identifying new applications and projects
  5. Continuously develop project pipeline quality to achieve the set KPIs
  6. Collect and maintain accurate customer/project data within the CRM system
  7. Negotiate listings, activities, prices, and services
  8. Be present at trainings, relevant trade fairs, and roadshows
  9. Deploy new product launches, responsible for specification process/listings
  10. Provide fact-based information to improve the marketing mix
  11. Ensure local implementation of regional KA activities (RKA C&C), collaboration with RKAM
  12. Work closely and customer-oriented as a tandem with the assigned Sales Support Specialist

Minimum Qualifications:

  1. Bachelor’s or Master’s degree (preferred)
  2. 5+ years of relevant sales experience in similar positions (mandatory)
  3. Excellent written and spoken English skills and fluency in German (written and spoken)
  4. Market knowledge of the assigned segment (Craftsmen)
  5. Excellent communication skills and talented networker
  6. Advanced presentation skills
  7. Strong customer orientation and passion for building long-term partnerships
  8. Working autonomously and self-driven, while proactively seeking support when needed
  9. Easily adapting to change and ambiguity
  10. Driving license B (mandatory)
