Job Overview

As Senior Product Marketing Manager – Growth (d/m/w) at LIQID, you will be responsible for developing and optimizing our messaging in the Acquisition area, from initial ad to conversion. You will translate target audience insights into differentiated value propositions and collaborate with Performance Marketing, CRM, Website, and Creative Studio teams to generate leads efficiently. Your role is central at the intersection of Strategy, Advertising, CRM, Product (Onboarding), and Sales, with a clear focus on growth.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Develop target group-specific messaging strategies based on customer insights, research, and testing.
  2. Create content briefs for creatives, landing pages, and CRM campaigns, working closely with the Creative Studio.
  3. Design messaging routes along the entire funnel, from ad copy to landing pages to email nurturing.
  4. Identify hypotheses, plan A/B tests with the advertising team, analyze results, and systematically document learnings.
  5. Collaborate cross-functionally with Performance, Website, CRM, and BI teams to ensure a coordinated go-to-market process.

Qualifications

  • At least 5-7 years of experience in product or growth marketing in an agile environment with ambitious growth targets.
  • Strong understanding of target audiences, digital funnels, and data-driven marketing.
  • Proven success in developing and testing messaging strategies that positively impact CAC, CPL, or conversion rates.
  • Strong project management skills from hypothesis to implementation.
  • Analytical skills, experience with BI and testing tools, and ability to derive actions from data.
  • Excellent communication skills in German and English.
