European Air Transport Leipzig GmbH (EAT) is a subsidiary of Deutsche Post DHL Group. We are a maintenance company and a cargo airline, responsible for aircraft maintenance of various Airbus and Boeing models at multiple European locations.

YOUR TASKS

• Manage and complete scheduled and unscheduled maintenance work on time, coordinating with operators and troubleshooting teams.
• Monitor work progress, prioritize tasks, and implement corrective actions.
• Organize AOG processing in collaboration with relevant teams.
• Provide technical guidance to employees, ensuring compliance with MOE / CAME / TC Holder documents and other regulations.
• Conduct employee evaluations, set goals, and support team development.
• Serve as a contact for technical and personnel issues, including contracted staff.
• Ensure compliance with legal and operational regulations.
• Optimize resource use, including personnel and operating resources.
• Handle disruptions and special projects as needed.
• Support safety, audits, and continuous improvement initiatives.

YOUR PROFILE

• Decisive and calm under pressure, with strong organizational skills.
• Ability to solve complex technical problems quickly.
• Leadership experience and effective communication skills.
• Willingness to work shifts, weekends, and support AOG situations.
• Travel willingness for training.
• Relevant degree and professional experience, or extensive relevant experience.
• Valid Part-66 Cat B1 or B2 aircraft maintenance license.
• At least one company-specific type rating.
• Knowledge of EAT operations, leadership, and external station experience is desirable.
• Excellent German and English skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office.
