Job Description:

What you'll do

  • Join the Henkel cybersecurity team, supporting others in applying security practices in their organizations.
  • Conduct comprehensive security assessments of IT systems, projects, and organizations.
  • Advise colleagues on best practices in information security and cybersecurity.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate security measures into business processes, IT organizations, and IT systems.
  • Develop and implement information security and cybersecurity policies, procedures, and controls.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest cybersecurity trends, threats, and technologies.
  • Prepare detailed reports and documentation for management, highlighting findings and recommendations.
  • Learn from excellent team members and develop industry expertise.

What makes you a good fit

  • Bachelor's degree or higher in IT, IT-Security, or related fields.
  • At least 3 years of experience in a similar position.
  • Relevant certifications such as CISSP, CISM, CISA, or equivalent.
  • Solid understanding of standards and regulatory requirements (e.g., ISO 27001, OWASP, GDPR).
  • Familiarity with cloud security, DevSecOps practices, and designing secure IT architectures.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Dependable, hands-on working style, team player.
  • Solid project management skills and attention to detail.
  • Proficient in English (oral and written); German is a plus.
