Production Manager Role | Consumer Goods International Company | Attractive Package

Our client is a global manufacturer with operations in Germany, Europe, and worldwide. They are continuously expanding, and in this role, you will oversee three production groups and machine maintenance, managing approximately 100 employees.

Responsibilities:

• Manage production and finishing processes in accordance with specifications.
• Ensure continuous 24/7 production operations focusing on safety, cleanliness, food conformity, environmental standards, delivery deadlines, quality, and costs.
• Lead and develop the team of managers and employees.
• Oversee personnel deployment, including costs and capacity planning.
• Implement measures to enhance productivity, plant performance, effectiveness, and product quality.
• Manage production budgets, investments, and drive cost efficiency to improve financial results.
• Support technical sales and collaborate on product development projects.
• Develop and implement operational excellence initiatives based on TPM and lean management principles.
• Coordinate with other production areas and key departments for strategic development.
• Report on key performance indicators.

Ideal Candidate:

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• Over 5 years of experience in production procedures within the process industry, preferably packaging.
• Management experience with diverse teams.
• Knowledge of TPM, WCM, and/or lean management.
• Proficient in MS Office and ERP systems (SAP preferred).
