  • Experience in advertising, consultative sales, or business development.
  • Experience working in the digital advertising sales industry.
  • Proven ability to build a book of business and secure new customers while meeting targets.
  • Experience managing relationships with customers, agencies, and service partners.
  • Ability to communicate fluently in Ukrainian, Russian, or Polish to collaborate with key stakeholders.

Google Customer Solutions (GCS) sales teams are trusted advisors who prioritize customer success by offering the best Google solutions to small- and medium-sized businesses (SMBs). As part of our team, you will work with business owners to help grow their businesses, shaping the future of innovation for customers, partners, and sellers, all while enjoying the process.

Responsibilities

  • Build and manage relationships with C-level clients and senior stakeholders. Understand their business challenges, marketing objectives, and success metrics.
  • Develop a clear, long-term joint strategy between Google and clients, leading cross-functional collaboration within Google for project success.
  • Plan for and achieve growth goals by presenting suitable Google advertising solutions aligned with client marketing objectives.
  • Perform data-driven analyses and provide consultative recommendations that align with customer goals, identifying high-impact opportunities with actionable insights.

Secure new Google Ads clients by presenting marketing solutions and creating relevant ad campaigns to maximize returns.
