Area Sales Manager (m / f / d) for South-East Germany + Austria

WHAT TO EXPECT

• As a team member of the German sales team, you will establish and expand our sales activities in South-east Germany (Bavaria) and Austria. Your role offers high personal responsibility and flexibility, giving you the opportunity to make a difference.
• Acquire new customers through identification, qualification, and sales efforts, while supporting and developing existing customers.
• Identify customer requirements and develop technical and commercial solutions collaboratively.
• Represent our area at trade fairs and events.
• Maintain and utilize the CRM system (Salesforce).

WHAT YOU BRING TO THE TABLE

• A degree in industrial engineering, electrical engineering, or a comparable qualification.
• At least 3 years of professional experience, preferably in technically demanding sales roles.
• Strong technical affinity; expertise in drive technology is advantageous.
• Excellent communication skills, persuasiveness, and entrepreneurial thinking.
• Pioneering spirit, flexibility, and strong negotiation skills.
• Willingness to travel at least 50%.
• Proficiency in English and German.
