Product Management Issuing is responsible for the development and portfolio management of all consumer and commercial card products issued under the Deutsche Bank Group brands. This includes ownership of the product PnL and end-to-end management of debit and credit card processes, such as operational processes for card payments, issuing cards, and lifecycle management. Managing vendors involved in these processes also falls under Product Management Issuing. The core focus is on driving growth and strategically developing card products and portfolios.
Reliable, digitized processes are essential to support the product and meet customer demands, especially with increasing card issuance and management. Growth leads to more customer requests, which are handled by a dedicated support unit providing expert assistance, issue resolution, root cause analysis, and process improvements.

- Assisting in the development and launch of new products and managing product portfolios.
- Supporting the implementation of the future Target Operating Model (TOM) for Issuing.
- Participating in project implementation within the card issuing domain.
Your skills and experiences
- Deep understanding of Deutsche Bank's card operating systems, applications, and related processes.
- Strong process-oriented thinking and quality assurance capabilities.
- Extensive experience in process analytics and design.
- Knowledge of the German card industry, relevant products (debit and credit cards), value chains, authentication methods (e.g., 3DS), and regulatory requirements is a plus.
- Project management and implementation experience.
- Team-oriented with high motivation, commitment, and a customer-centric mindset.
- Excellent communication skills in German and English.
